If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 2) Description of the Services Pray Bible: Daily Prayer provides spiritual/prayer experiences, including AI generated prayers, “24/7 Pastor” text, TTS audio, video blessings with lip sync, digital candles, wallpapers, and related features. Outputs are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Disclaimer: Spiritual content is for inspiration only. It is not medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice. In emergencies, call your local emergency number. We are Not a Religious Organization; AI-Generated Content Pray Bible: Daily Prayer is not a church, religious institution, or ministry. We are a private technology service operated by Stopscam LLC. All prayers, blessings, and “24/7 Pastor” or “imam AI” content in the Services are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) with the help of third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen). The Services are intended solely for personal inspiration, reflection, and spiritual encouragement. They should not be taken as official religious doctrine, certified clergy guidance, or substitute for participation in a faith community. You acknowledge and agree that: • Any names or personas (e.g., “24/7 Pastor,” “AI Imam,” or avatars) are digital representations only. • We do not claim to represent or speak on behalf of any religious denomination or tradition. • Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unintended phrasing due to the nature of AI. • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the content. 3) Eligibility You must be 13 or older to use the Services. If you are 13–17, a parent/guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Do not upload images or voices of minors without verifiable parental consent. 4) Accounts and Security Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. 5) Subscriptions, Credits, Pricing & Payments Subscription plans (auto renewing via App Store/Google Play): • Blessed Year Plan: $79.99/year (≈ $1.54/week) • 500 credits/month • Save ~61%. Most popular. • Faithful Week Plan: $3.99/week • 150 credits/week. Credit packs (one time in app purchases): • Angel Pack — 1,800 credits — Best deal: $39.99 • ≈ $0.0222/credit (save ~44.4%). • Family Pack — 900 credits: $24.99 • ≈ $0.0278/credit (save ~30.4%). • Prayer Pack — 300 credits: $9.99 • ≈ $0.0333/credit (save ~16.7%). • Starter Candle — 100 credits: $3.99 • ≈ $0.0399/credit. Credit usage: • 🎥 60s video blessing = 100 credits • 🎥 30s video blessing = 50 credits • 🕯 Digital candle = 50 credits • TTS prayers and other features may consume credits as shown in app. Credit validity: • Subscription credits are valid for 30 days; unused credits reset monthly on the Year plan (or weekly on the Week plan, as applicable). We may send a push reminder 3 days before monthly reset if enabled. • One time credit packs are not cash, non transferable, and non refundable (except as required by law). Unless stated otherwise in app, purchased credit packs do not expire while your account remains active. We may close dormant accounts after 24 months of inactivity with 30 days’ notice; unused credit packs may be forfeited if you do not take action. Divine Wallpaper: Optional 9:16 wallpaper purchase starting from $1 per item. Auto renewal & cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store/Google Play settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access continues through the paid term; future renewals stop upon cancellation. Price changes & taxes: We may change prices, credit rates, or features prospectively; App Stores may add taxes and currency adjustments. Any change will be shown in app or via the Store before renewal/purchase. Refunds: All purchases are final except where required by law. For App Store/Google Play purchases, refund requests must be made through the respective store’s refund process. We may, in our discretion, issue courtesy credits. Fraud/Abuse: We may suspend or terminate accounts for chargebacks, fraud, or abuse, and adjust credit balances if they result from error or fraud. 6) User Content & Generated Content Your content: You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit (texts, audio, images, videos). You grant PrayBible.ai a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, sublicensable license to host, process, adapt, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services (including safety/abuse detection, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and backups). Generated content (AI outputs): Subject to these Terms and third party provider restrictions, we grant you a personal, non exclusive license to download/use the AI outputs for your lawful personal or business purposes. We make no warranty that outputs do not infringe third party rights; you are responsible for your use. Prohibited likeness/voice misuse: Do not upload or generate content that violates privacy, publicity, or IP rights (e.g., cloning a person’s face or voice without consent), exploits minors, is deceptive/deepfake for fraud, or violates law or platform policies. Feedback: If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use it without restriction. 7) Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content (including hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, or violence). • Upload others’ personal data, images, or voices without permission (especially minors). • Interfere with security, reverse engineer, or misuse credits (e.g., farming, reselling). • Circumvent technical limitations or rate limits; use bots without our written consent. • Use outputs as professional advice or to diagnose/treat conditions. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations. 8) Third Party Services & Flow Down Terms Some features rely on OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Firebase, Google Analytics, Adapty, and App Stores. Your use must comply with their terms/policies. Features may change or stop if a provider changes their service. 9) DMCA Notice (U.S.) If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] (Subject: “DMCA Notice”) with: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the work; (c) identification of the infringing material; (d) contact info; (e) a statement of good faith belief; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority. We may notify the user and/or remove content. Counter notices may be submitted per 17 U.S.C. §512. 10) Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT/OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY). WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION. 11) Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYBIBLE.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary. 12) Indemnification You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrayBible.ai and our affiliates from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or law. 13) Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (U.S. & Canada) Informal resolution first: Contact [email protected]; we will try to resolve within 30 days. Binding arbitration: Except for small claims court and injunctive relief, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Seat: Delaware; venue may be remote by video. Arbitrator may award individual relief only. Class/representative actions: You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. Claims must be brought individually. Opt out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with “Arbitration Opt Out,” your full name, and the email tied to your account. 14) Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of laws principles), except that consumer protection or mandatory rules of your local jurisdiction may also apply. 15) Export & Sanctions You must comply with U.S. and international export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services if you are located in an embargoed country or on a restricted list. 16) App Store Terms (Apple/Google) If you downloaded via Apple: • Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support. • In case of failure to conform to any warranty (to the extent not disclaimed), you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). • Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms. For both Apple and Google, you must also comply with their applicable terms and policies. 17) Termination You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use. Certain sections survive (including 6, 9–15, 17). 18) Changes to the Services or Terms We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in app or by email.
